HydroSeal HF is a flexible high-performance universal waterproofing coating specifically developed for long term protection. Waterproof & protect all types of surfaces like concrete roof slabs, parapet walls, tiled roofs, valleys, ridges, vents, flashings, balconies, cement dams, ponds etc.

Usage

  • Can be used on concrete slabs to seal joints and coverts fine cracks.
  • Waterproofing flashings, parapet walls, chimney capping’s, roof screws and repairs to pitched roofs.
  • Used in waterproofing systems for undertile waterproofing in showers & balconies. 
  • Can be used in Damp proofing systems and will understand both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure.

HOW IT WORKS

ROOF, SLAB & WALL WATERPROOFING 

HydroSeal HF is a flexible synthetic co-polymer coating that provides excellent waterproofing and durability performance. Surfaces coated with the liquid membrane performs exceptionally under all conditions provided correct surface preparation is ensured. HydroSeal HF is used to seal joints and cover fine cracks. Waterproofs flashings, parapets, wall & chimney capping’s, roof joints, roof screws and repairs to pitched roofs. HydroSeal HF must be layered unless sprayed. The layers crosslink to form a homogenous membrane. The recommendation of at least 5 layers will ensure a DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of at least 1 – 1,5mm which under normal conditions absorb the movement of up to 1mm. Anything above this will be considered structural movement. HydroSeal HF forms part of various SealPro systems and works in conjunction with other products. Refer to our systems for more detail.

HOW IT WORKS

1/ EXCEPTIONAL ADHESIVE PROPERTIES

Used for waterproofing of roofs, parapets, patios, hollow-core slabs, balconies, retaining walls, foundations, water features, dams etc. It bonds to existing torch-on systems and covers these jointed surfaces with a seamless membrane in conjunction with SealPro’s Preparation products and binders.

2/ DURABLE, LONG-LASTING & WEATHER RESISTANT

Long-lasting low maintenance flexible UV Stable & weather resistant coating that is durable, colourfast and resistant to acids and chlorine.

3/ TIME SAVING APPLICATION

HydroSeal HF is a single component, elastomeric, acrylic waterproofing and protective coating that can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Will not re-emulsify, once cured. Handles permanently wet conditions.

4/ WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE 

HydroSeal HF exhibits high flexibility under extreme weather conditions. It has the ability to move as structures expand and contract during temperature fluctuations due to its elongation memory.

5/ ECO FRIENDLY 

Environmentally friendly, water-based coating contains no toxic solvent and/or chemicals. It is virtually odourless and has a Low VOC <1 %
